How it works
Application and screening
Riders apply to be ambassadors and go through an initial screening process to ensure they meet the requirements. We want to engage ambassadors that consistently use transit and who use a wide range of routes across the system.

Ambassadors are given configurable surveys that ask them about everything from cleanliness and safety to overall operations. Each survey has a 360-degree feedback loop where agency staff can respond directly to responses.
